Meet the Sisters

Emily and Julie are sisters that combined their passions and backgrounds in Accounting and Human Resources to form The Solution Sisters. Similar to how the Accounting and Human Resources functions often complement each other within small businesses, their different strengths and backgrounds make for an incredible team. They are excited to pursue their own business and bring their knowledge to you!

Emily is a licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey and a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks™ Online. She attended the University of Miami for both her Bachelor and Master of Accounting degrees and is a big 'Canes fan! After starting her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers she moved on to become the Director of Finance at Traffic Builders, Inc. in Toms River, NJ, a company ranked #2 fastest growing digital marketing agency in the world by AdWeek in 2020. There, she managed the Accounting, Human Resources and Administration processes of the company. 

Julie is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources and has earned her Fundamental Payroll Certification. She attended Towson University and majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She has held a number of Human Resources positions including Implementation Specialist at ADP, Human Resources Representative at Bonduelle Fresh Americas, and is currently a Client HR Business Partner at ADP.
